Richie from Auto Glass Zone replaced the rear windshield on our 2012 Ford focus. He showed up right on time, did the work that was promised very nicely, and for exactly the price that was agreed. He was very helpful and did a nice job cleaning the broken glass out of the vehicle. I would highly recommend using Auto Glass Zone and asking for Richie, I definitely will be for our next time!

Best car windshield repair place I have been to. The prices are very reasonable. People are very welcoming and friendly. Took their time to explain me the full process. I did not know that some of the cost can be covered through insurance. They called the insurance company and sorted it all out and saved me $160!! We brought our Moving Truck in on Day 1 for a cracked windshield. It was quickly replaced and we had our truck back on Day 2. Contacted the company late on Monday afternoon and by noon the next day the new windshield was installed at my home! Richie (one of the technicians) recommended I go through my insurance as it would cost me less out of pocket. He submitted the claim and it turns out my insurance covered the full cost. On Sunday I called to get a general quote for a windshield replacement for my car as it had a massive crack right through the window. Janet answered my call and provided the most helpful, friendly customer service and was able to get me an appointment for a house call the very next day. The technician (Mahmoud) came to my house and was incredibly patient, and was able to get my windshield replaced in about half an hour. They were incredibly kind, professional, and they provided an awesome service for a great price. Highly recommended!!

I needed the windscreen replaced for our new car and got an online estimate done through their website. I had an immediate automated response and a quote soon afterwards. When I called, they were able to arrange for an ON-SITE repair in my driveway within 48 hours. The crew arrived promptly (early) and were patient, proficient and courtesy. They took the time to answer any questions and were quick. Within an hour I had a new windscreen on the car and all I had to do was wait for the adhesive to dry. Really efficient and I appreciate that they came right to my door. Great service and if I ever have to get it done again. I'm calling them, they were even 1/2 the price of the local franchise garage which required me to leave my car with them for 3 hours.

The shop doesn't exist anymore. They still have other shops, but the one in Burlington is not there. I suggested an edit on Google maps.

I reached out to Auto Glass Burlington to have a chip in my windshield repaired. I called to arrange the appointment and asked what details I needed to provide to process the fee through insurance. I never received the "text message" noting which details i needed to provide to have the claim put through insurance. I called back the next day and was provided a cellphone number of a different employee and told to text the details to them. After receiving no confirmation that the details were received I called back once again and was then instructed to text the details to a different employee, yet again. I was very disappointed in the lack of organization and how much coordination I had to take care of for something so simple. Secondly, I was given a 4 hour window for the repair to be completed at my residence. The repair man showed up an hour past the window provided and was on his phone the entire time, barely acknowledging that i had come outside to show him the area for repair. He proceeded to mumble something about the warranty etc. said the job would take 10 minutes and he would be done. He left once the job was complete without even letting me know or showing me the work as I would have noticed he left the inside of my windshield quite dirty. Overall I was left feeling very disappointed in this service. I know that it has no cost to me going through insurance, but i would still expect a better experience and professionalism. Needless to say, i wish i had gone somewhere and waited for 10 minutes for the work to be completed as opposed to waiting 5 hours for without an apology and sub par customer service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AT ALL. 1 Week after the fix and my windshield has already cracked across the entire window....See before and after photos below: Before you decide to use this shop for your windshield repair, please read this... I recently had a small crack on the windshield on my 2017 Lexus RX 350 and decided that I would try Auto Glass Burlington out because of their reviews...When calling the gentlemen on the phone seemed nice and told me that his team would arrive to do the repair on site. Upon arrival, the two men were rude, obnoxious and arrogant, and rushed to do the fix as soon as they could (under 5 minutes). After completed, I noticed that the 2 cracks which they were suppose to repair were still easily visible, and that the quality of work was very poor. When calling the shop back to complain about the work, the shop was rude, and insisted that I was not a "Windshield expert" and that the fix was done to the best of their ability.
